We use a generous amount of organic vegetables from Hachioji, and you can enjoy seasonal ingredients from the appetizers onwards.The main dishes feature Hida beef from Gifu Prefecture and seasonal fish from Himi fishing port in Toyama.Of course, we will serve dessert to finish off your lunch.Our menu features carefully selected ingredients served in colorful original tableware created in collaboration with a ceramic artist, offering a dining experience unique to this local area.
