In addition to organic vegetables from the local Hachioji area, the main dishes use Hida beef from Gifu Prefecture and seasonal ingredients from Himi fishing port.Of course, we will serve dessert to finish off the lunch course.Our menu features carefully selected ingredients served in colorful original tableware created in collaboration with a ceramic artist, offering a dining experience unique to this local area.
