We use a generous amount of organic vegetables from Hachioji, so you can enjoy seasonal ingredients from the appetizers onwards.The main meat dish uses Hida beef from Gifu Prefecture.Of course, we will serve dessert to finish off your lunch.Our menu features carefully selected ingredients served in colorful original tableware created in collaboration with a ceramic artist, offering a dining experience unique to this local area.
