The restaurant offers appetizers made with fruit, fresh pasta using flavorful ingredients, and two main fish dishes, all of which are delivered fresh from Himi fishing port, while the meat dishes use Hida beef from Gifu Prefecture.To conclude the dinner, we will offer a dessert and an after-meal drink.Our menu features carefully selected ingredients served in colorful original tableware created in collaboration with a ceramic artist, offering a dining experience unique to this local area.
